Why is Unova so hated?
Unova is mostly disliked for being linear because Game Freak never tried to hide it. I mean, it’s a giant circle. But I don’t think that’s a bad thing, as it really adds to the uniqueness of Unova as a whole. It’s not something that works against the generation because linearity has always been a huge part of Pokemon.
