Other than him visiting Alola, it hasn’t happened yet. Yup Ash always leaves his old Pokemon behind before he starts a new journey. Although, he brings them or visits them back from time to time. However there is a special episode where he returns back to Alola where all of his old Pokemon are shown for a short scene.
