Are Repacks worth?
People tend to take all of the good cards out of repacks. They might advertise that there are mythics in them, but that may be one mythic or planeswalker in every 250 packs. Basically they aren’t worth it.

What is a booster repack?
It varies but it means that it has already been opened. Some repacks are completely made from scratch and will just contain the right number of cards others will be actual boxes that have had all the packs opened and the value cards taken out. A very few will acctually leave some value cards in and take others out.

A repack generally means that someone took the box apart first (often using box mapping tools), took out some of the more valuable cards (Things like Snapcaster Mage and Liliana of the Veil ) then resealed the packs with the other cards intact.
