Rotom is available through an In-Game Trade in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2. If you’d like to switch it to one of six different forms, take it to the storage room in Shopping Mall Nine. There you will find boxes of old appliances. Investigate the appliances with Rotom in your party to change its Form, Type, and Stats.
