Can event Pokémon be transferred?
According to Serebii.net, just about every Pokémon wearing an event hat or special costume will not be eligible to be transferred out to Pokémon Home. This might be a letdown for fans hoping to add their Sunhat Pikachu to their team in Sword and Shield.

I think (and I may not be correct) that event Pokémon can only be traded through the close-distance friend trade. In order to get event mons, you’re gonna have to ask for Bank-to-Home transfers. Also room trade requires 3+ participants at first, and works well for training every other mon.
