Go to the place named ”solar cave” and in a floor (I can’t remember which, 10th or more I think) you will find a locked gate were you need the key. Make sure you have all HMs. After you find a link cable go to the luminous spring and click that you want to evolve Haunter. It will ask you if you need an item.
