Can you use Z-moves in Let’s Go Pikachu?
Z-Moves can only be used once per battle and draw upon the PP of the Pokémon’s original moves in order to execute, requiring and consuming PP upon use. Mega Pokémon cannot use Z-Moves, even when holding an appropriate Z-Crystal (such as after Transform).

Z-Moves cannot miss. They have an accuracy stat of 101, which is the same as “–” but written differently because Game Freak does Game Freak things.
Which is better mega evolution or Gigantamax?

I believe that Z-moves were supposed to be released in Pokemon Z (along with Zygarde who never got a chance to be part of the main story), hence they were called Z-moves, but was moved to Sun/Moon after it was cancelled (if it was ever actually planned in the first place) .
Who can use Mewnium Z?
The Mewnium Z is only available for Pokémon Sun and Moon, meaning you won’t be able to download it to X and Y, or Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.
