Is it better to wait to evolve Pokemon?
There’s no statistical advantage to evolving earlier or later. The only real benefit to not evolving ASAP is that unevolved Pokemon often learn moves slightly earlier than their evolved forms.
Is it better to evolve Pokemon early or later Pokémon go?
Evolve first, power up second. It’s tempting to power up first, because instant gratification is instant, but it’ll cost you less Stardust in the long run to evolve and the strategically power up only your best or favorite Pokémon.

Should you max out CP before evolving?
Since CP increases from power ups are also proportional across evolutions, you’ll get the same results for the same amount of stardust and candies whether you power up the Pokemon before or after evolving it. It should make no difference at all.
Should I evolve a low CP but high IV Pokemon?
This does mean that a Pokemon with a high CP can have terrible IVs and vice-versa. While high CP Pokemon don’t need to be leveled up as much (they are closer to their maximum level) they can still be weak. Conversely, a Pokemon with a low CP can have perfect IV values.
Do rare candies raise friendship?
The Rare Candy also increases the Pokémon’s friendship a little.
Can you EV train at level 100?
In Pokemon Black and White, you can EV train at LV 100 if you have no EVs filled in your Pokemon. Since there Is a new EV training system, Now you can do that. In Gen IV games, you can gain the EVs, but not get the stat boost in the stat, so Its a waste.
Can you still evolve a level 100 Pokémon?
When a Pokémon has reached level 100, it cannot gain any more experience or level up. Due to this, previous to Generation VIII, level 100 Pokémon cannot evolve in any way which requires leveling up. From Generation VIII onwards, using a Rare Candy on a level 100 Pokémon is able to trigger these types of evolutions.
