All you can do is keep catching/breeding more of the same until you get one with the right nature. There is no way in-game to change the nature of a Pokemon.

Go to the old chataeu to catch one but have a modest pokemon with the ability Synchronize in r first slot. catch the gastly check the nature. There is a 50% chance the gastly would be modest. So synchronize has a 50% chance of finding its nature in the wild.

Through breeding, there’s a way to guarantee a Pokémon’s Nature via the Everstone. This item can be found in Turffield near the Stadium. Have the Pokémon with the desired Nature hold the Everstone while breeding, and its Nature will be passed on to the offspring.
