How do you transfer Pokemon to FireRed?

Put your Pokémon FireRed cartridge into the GBA slot of the Nintendo DS. Put your Pokémon Pearl cartridge into the DS game slot. Start your Pokémon Pearl game and choose the “Migrate from Pokémon FireRed” option in the menu. When asked to migrate, say Yes.
Is there a GBA emulator that allows trading?
Yes, full Pokemon Emulation including trading is possible and easy. This includes trading between Ruby, Sapphire, Leafgreen and Firered. The emulator(s) to use are called Visual Boy Advance versions 1.7.
Can you evolve Kadabra without trading?
You can’t, for the exact reasons you stated. While it would be possible if one of the ingame traders was willing to trade one, according to the Bulbapedia ingame trade list there is no such trader.
Can you evolve Graveler without trading?
You normally cannot trade between emulators, making it difficult to get Graveler to evolve. There is a special version of the VBA emulator called VBALink that allows you to run up to four instances of it at once.

Why can’t I migrate Pokemon from FireRed to Diamond?
To send pokémon from Pokémon FireRed to Pokémon Diamond, you need a Nintendo DS that has a GBA cartridge slot. Please make sure that your cartridges are genuine Nintendo products! Counterfeit games might not be able to trade.
Can I transfer Pokemon from GBA to DS?
To begin the trade, insert both the GBA game and DS game of your choice into the console. Boot up the DS game and select the “Migrate from [GBA game name]” option in the menu. Say “Yes” to the option to migrate, then select six Pokemon to transfer.
Can you trade between GBA games on DS?

Is there a way to trade Pokemon with yourself?
No. It is a Pokémon that requires a link or GTS or wonder trade to evolve. If you have another copy of the game and another DS, you can trade it back to yourself.
Can you trade with Eclipse emulator?
As far as I know you cannot trade Pokemon on PC emulators. This option makes it so pokemon that need special evoloutions will not need to be traded to evolve.
Can you trade Pokemon from Ds to emulator?
If you have a hacked 3DS, you can use homebrew provided tools to dump saves. Using Checkpoint, you can save the save file from a cartridge to the SD card for transferring into an emulator. Having a hacked 3DS would easily allow you to do this.
