Does Pokémon Super Training do anything?
It is a feature created by Clemont which allows players to train their Pokémon on the touch screen from anywhere at any time. Super Training allows the player to not increase their Pokémon’s level, but instead raise its stats (i.e. effort values).
Is it better to EV train from level 1?
Nope. No matter what level you train them at, when they get to the same level, they will have the same stats.
Which stat should I EV train?
Instead, you would EV train a Pokémon in the stats that it excels at, and for Chansey, the optimal EV training would be in HP and Sp. Defense. Another example would be EV training a Volcarona. Volcarona excels in Special Attack and Speed, so you would EV train it in those stats.

from some perspectives, IVs dont really matter unless you max out your mons. IV’s tell you which specific Pokemon to power up, but unless you’re looking at breakpoints, there are many other bigger factors which tell you which Pokemon you want to use.

Is EV training worth it in game?
EV training is totally worth it if you have some free time, it increases your Pokémons stats and has no negative effects at all. In competitive, EV training is 100% necessary so your Pokémon can outspeed other Pokémon, take more hits or deal more damage.
Can you beat radical Red Without EV training?

How do you get super training level 4?
In order to unlock the Secret Super Training, one must first fully distribute all 510 Effort Values for any particular Pokemon. After doing so, press the flashing button near the top left corner of the bottom screen to get a message. Enter the Super Training Regimens to find the new Secret Super Training Regimens.
How do I increase my super training level?
Complete all six regimens with any number of Pokemon in your party to unlock the next level of regimens. Each level increases in difficulty and awards more Effort Value points to a base stat. In addition to EV points, training bags will be given for completing or even failing at a super training regimen.
