Can Pokémon Snap out of paralysis?

If a Pokemon is Paralyzed, they cannot be Burned as well. However, if a Pokemon knows Rest, the Status Condition will be “healed” and replaced with Sleep.

Does paralysis affect trick room?

Yes. Trick Room makes the Pokemon with lowest Speed Stat go first, and paralysis cuts your Speed by 75%. Being paralyzed while Trick Room is in effect is very good as you will probably always go first. (remember there’s also a 1/4 chance you won’t get to move at all due to paralysis.)
