What are UU battles?
‘ A Pokémon is truly ‘UU’ if a typical competitive player is more than 50% likely to encounter that Pokemon at least once in a given day of playing (20 battles).
What Pokémon are in UU tier?

Why is Cinderace Uber?
So it’s an amazing pivoter, it can remove hazards effectively, it can sweep very well, it has wonderful Speed and Attack, and has an Ability that gives it STAB on every single move it uses. You use Cinderace as an offensive physical sweeper most of the time, but it functions well as a hazard clearer and a pivoter.
