What Moves for PP Max?
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, raises the PP of a selected move to 8/5 of the move’s base PP. It also increases the Pokémon’s friendship a little. It cannot be used on Sketch or a move which has already had its PP boosted by a PP Max or three PP Ups. The PP Max is consumed upon use and cannot be used in battle.
Where can I buy PP up?
PP Ups can be found on Route 9 and 10, from the Battle Tower, via Pickup, or a reward from a Pokejob. Additionally, PP Maxes can be found on Route 2, and at the Battle Tower.
How much does pp up raise?

Items such as PP ups, cannot be bought, because they are rare, and they can only be found. Look around in grassy areas, or in caves, for item pokeballs. If you are lucky, you will stumble upon a item Pokeball that contains a PP up.
Can wild Pokémon run out of PP?

Why does my Pokémon use 2 PP?
2 Answers. Because your opponent has the ability Pressure, or you’re just mistaken. Beating the Champion should not affect your PP at all.
