These are 130, so that’s for thicker cards and jersey cards, so maybe 4 or 5 Pokemon cards might fit.
Do Pokemon cards fit in one touch?
One touch cases do not fit perfectly for all cards. There is room to shift the cards & shaking them would bang the sides quite a bit. Pokemon cards would use the 35pt thickness.

Is BCW or Ultra Pro better?
There is honestly not too much difference in most of the product lines that Ultra Pro and BCW have. Ultra Pro has gotten better over the last 5 years, as THEY used to put out crap sleeves and their top loader packs always had 1-3 unusable top loaders in it.
What PT are magic cards?
35 point is the thickness of the standard toploaders. This table is based on cards sent together inside a single penny sleeve. If you use a thicker sleeve like Dragon Shields you’ll probably have to subtract 1 from these numbers.
