Why is Gates to Infinity hated?
It’s primarily content related. The game had the misfortune to follow Sky, a game bursting with recruitable Pokémon and postgame content. Gates simply doesn’t hold up in those areas in comparison. There are other “Your Mileage May Vary” things like story, but I think the content is the primary issue.
