First, log in to the mobile app version of Pokémon Home (the Nintendo Switch application cannot receive Mystery Gifts at this time). Next, hit the menu icon at the bottom of the screen beneath the displayed Pokémon. Then select “Mystery Gift” to be taken to the Mystery Gift sub-menu.
